GOODS SOLD ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE UNLESS

1. Wrong Size - Exchanges will be provided subject to stock availability.

2. Defect Item - We will proceed with a refund, and you do not need to return the item. However, you are required to send us a video clearly showing the condition of the item. Please note that only defects caused by us will be accepted for a refund.


The following terms are applicable for any products that have been purchased with us.

Returns (Only eligible if you got wrong size or item)


1. You have [14] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds


1. Once we received your proof for the defect item, we will inspect it and notify you if you are eligible for a refund or not. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
